very very distressed tags and MTTCC

Well what can I say about these tags, the swap this month for Hels was to have tags as shabby and old looking as you can, do you know just how hard it is to turn a nice new tag in to an old wreck, very very difficult, these tags have been burnt, screwed up, inked, crackle painted and rubbed to death, the stamps are Tims birds and the gates from Paperbag Studios, also I used a fine gold pen, I still have the backs of the tags to do yet but am waiting for a Stamp. these will cover the MTTCC which is birds this week.
well what you will make of these I do not know, but thanks for looking xx

Very Tired Tags

These Tags look rather worn out and very dark, these were for a Tag Swap that I am in each Month, the top picture is the back and has crackle paints on then distress inks over ( still not sure about them crackle paints ) the Stamping is Tim Holtz Stamps

The Fronts are again Tims Stamps apart from the Crackle background ( Dan got that for me From America or was it Canada) and the eyes see everything, thats Paper Artsy, I have used Chipboard Clocks, put hands on the faces and Grungeboard Wings, For the Skull it has a Grungeboard Crown and Jewel thingies in the eyes. Bad description again, should of stuck with my bucket LOL

Hope you like them and the Skull not to scary xx

Sunday Stamper Challenge

Card 1

Well I have made two for this, lets see if I can upload them both as I am fairly new to this. well I think they are there, I have done the backgrounds for the stamped image using Alcohol inks, then matted the image on Silver Mirri card, the background on the top card was done using Artistic Stamper script Stamps, Broken china and Faded jeans distress inks, I also have put a frame round the picture and Tim Holtz Grungeboard arrows, wording was from my computer.

Card 2

I used Artistic Stamper Ephemera plate 1 for the background stamps, then again broken china and faded jeans distress inks, alcohol inked background for the stamped man(crafty Individuals stamp) matted on to silver Mirri card and silver brads in each corner.
I am totally hopeless at describing what I have done, but hope you like them x
